- for Train Journey we are entirely dependent on Railway Authority, it is not possible to allot any particular seat (Lower/ Middle/ Upper Birth).
- If any Tour Cancelled due to climatic cause, strike, train cancellation or any other circumstances, in that case passengers have to bear the company loss 20% of the total amount or the payment amount will adjusts in your next tour.
- If there is any increase in Railway/ Bus /Air/ Ship Fares the difference of the fare is to be borne by the Tourists.
- These will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the tour.
- In case of cancellation of any kind of transport related or Train cancelation. Management will not undertake any financial liabilities/ Responsibilities for this. However, the tour conducting Manager will help to board the next train is unreserved compartments or to procure ship/ Air ticket for the next voyage/ flight. The extra money shall be paid by the Tourists.

- 7 days before from the journey date 100% of Total tour price shall be paid.
- For Customized tour, booking amount shall be paid min 30% of the Tour price Per Head at the time of booking. (Not refundable)
- For Customized tour, 45 days before 80% of the total tour price shall be paid. And Rest amount will pay on spot.
- For Customized tour, if any passengers of the group, have cancel the tour due to any reason, shall be paid 100% of the package cost.

- No refund is allows if cancellation is made within 3 Days for the date of journey.
- If Choudhury Holidays cancel the tour; your all advance amount will be refunded within 48 Hours.
- The passengers have to cancel the tour due to any reason; 30 days before from the date of journey (50% of Total tour price will be deducted)
