Booking & Payment Terms

Passengers can book their seats in advance by paying a minimum of 20% of the Total Package cost. The rest amount is to be paid as per the payment policy below.

Important: Advance amount is not refundable if passengers cancel the tour for any personal reason.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers have to bear all charges like Train Meal, Laundry, Medical Expenses, Entry Fees, Guide Charges, Mineral water, personal activities charges, and all expenses out of program schedule.
  • Ticket fare will be applicable as on the date of journey by Train, Flight or Bus.
  • Itinerary is subject to change under unavoidable circumstances.
  • For Train Journey we are entirely dependent on Railway Authority; it is not possible to allot any particular seat (Lower/Middle/Upper Berth).
  • If there is any increase in Railway/Bus/Air/Ship Fares, the difference is to be borne by the Tourists.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to:

  • Loss, injury, damage to person or property, natural hazards
  • Flight cancellations, Train cancellation, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment
  • Weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents
  • Civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, Corona situation
  • Medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tour Cancellation by Passenger

  • 30 days before journey: 50% of total tour price deducted
  • 7 days before journey: 70% of total tour price deducted
  • Within 3 days of journey: No refund allowed
  • Cancellation must be made in writing

Tour Cancellation by Company

If Choudhury Holidays cancels the tour, your all-advance amount will be refunded within 72 Hours.

External Circumstances

If any tour is cancelled due to climatic cause, strike, train cancellation or any other circumstances beyond our control, passengers have to bear company loss of 20% of the total amount, or the payment amount will be adjusted in your next tour.

Hotel & Accommodation

  • After check-in at the hotel, for any kind of hotel-related service, please contact hotel reception only.
  • Guests must maintain hotel check-in & check-out timing and Hotel rules & regulations.
  • If the guest consumes the room for extra time, they bear the extra cost.
  • Family-wise room allotment is only on lottery basis or personal adjustment at presence of group leader.
  • For extra person allotted in same room, only mattress will be provided.

Transportation & Sightseeing

  • For visit to sightseeing depends on driver only; they drop at parking place or particular point.
  • Extra vehicle charges at your own cost.
  • We are not responsible for any closure or delays of visit of program schedule.
  • All entry fees are at your own cost.
  • In case of cancellation of any kind of transport or train cancellation, management will not undertake any financial liabilities/responsibilities for this.

Food & Beverages

  • Food menu may change or schedule depends on local market availability.
  • Tour organizer will not provide mineral water or extra water at the time of travel.
  • Food package depends on booking type.

Group Tour Policies

  • For group tours, the Manager's decision is final.
  • ROOMS & CAR/BUS Seat allotment on lottery basis or personal adjustment (Senior citizen or Medically challenged is preferred).
  • Travelers must carry ID card and Photo.
  • If any tour-related enquiry at the time of travel, please contact only tour Manager.
  • Your Luggage and your child responsibility completely yourself.
